We are an ISO9001:2008 compliant facility. This plant is a 3-shift operation that provides a broad range of products and services to the automotive, office furniture, and general industrial markets. Ervins' modern cut, sew and assemble capabilities, combined with the synergy we have developed with our sister divisions - gives us the quality oriented, cost efficient background to manufacture components, sub-assemblies and finished products to the specifications required by our customers.

Established in 1996, we have 85,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. Our manufacturing capabilities include programmable CAD-driven die cutting, a GerberŪ Cutting System, fabric slitting and an assembly floor that includes high speed programmable sewing machines. We also have developed unique assembly fixtures and upholstery aids to produce office furniture products.

We work with woven fabrics, non-woven, vinyl, leather, foam, laminates, molded plastic, metal stampings and even wood fiber components.

Ervins Group is a Minority Owned Business and a member of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council.
